Baked beans with fried egg (in frylight!) ontop

lunch: beef casserole again - but all gone now!!

Snack: Apple @ ahalf a bag of crisps (3 syns)

dinner:
chicken breast, bbq sauce (3 syns), cheese 1oz HEA, bacon- no fat, jacket potato, lettuce tomato cucumber onion
weight watchers caramel wafer (4 syns)
