I failed to stay on the wagon for a whole day.
I am back to 14st exactly. It feels like I struggled for 2 weeks to lose a stone and then it goes back on in 3 days.
I am struggling so much and I hate it, I just want to be at goal
It's always the way that we gain so much faster than we lose, and it's not fair at all. But most of your gain will just be water weight. You've come such a long way, keep at it.

I am back for a 30 day "bootcamp"
I am doing the Jillian Michaels DVD rotation bootcamp alongside a clean green induction. I will post my menus and workouts every day and I will stay away from the scales...I hope!!
B: none, had a lay in
L: tuna, rocket and houmous salad
D: MIM made into chorizo pizzas with rocket and italian leaf salad and mayo
S: Babybel, SF Jelly and cream
ended up having shepherds pie for dinner, it was in my fridge going off and I am not in a position to waste food! Also got totm today so feeling pretty horrendous.
