No exercise today. Hurt my shoulder so I cant do much until it is healed.
 
How much r you trying to lose? I think iv asked you before but cant remember. I just notice your saving lots of points per day so you must b under eating by alot which can slow weight loss down.
When iv spoken to my leader she says to me if i have 4+ spare points i should try and use atleast 2 of them even if it means eating a bag of crisps and some days your leaving over 8?? Just worried for you that it might be jeopardising your weight loss. Xx

Yeah the big lump like me fell down the faffing stairs! hurt my shoulder and neck and leg , took all the weight one one side.. carpet burns (and not the fun kind) too :( Ill be okay though :) Thanks Girlies

Sorry I missed your message earlier. I wanna lose about 2 1/2 stone or so. I know I should use more points but I cant , When I am good i am very good and most days I cant get over 26 , this week though ive just been busy and not eating along during the day so I have my dinner and settle in for the evening , a cup of tea and a ww bar and im done. I said it to the leader and she said if im at 25 and im satisfied I should just leave it. I feel satisfied now so I cant really eat more.

Im hoping it doesnt stop my weight loss but I just dont wanna eat anything else. Ill try fit in some more stuff 2moro and bring it back up to 26 :)

Another 2 pound down so that's 10 now and 5% off :) great but slowwwww.

Got lazy with my diary but I'm gonna try get back to it after the weekend as it's my 30th birthday my diary will basically say bulmers , bulmers , bulmers!! No need fir that. Gonna be putting alot more effort in from next week and I'll be back off alcohol

I'm gonna need two weeks to get back on track .. I didn't think the human body could hold the amount of food I have eaten today. Since Thursday I have undone all of my good work and I literally can't breathe!! new life starts 2moro.. Today was my final binge!!

Im the same!! last night i had a binge! but my body feels better for it today! I went to a christmas do (yes i no its may haha)...long story! But i had loadsa buffet food springrolls,onion bhajis wedges,curry and a HUGE peice of chocolate cake for pudding,the cake was the nicest thing iv eaten in 6weeks since joining ww!
But today im starting again!! WI tomorrow :( and im working late tonight so cant go gym so im going to try and skimp on my points today and only use about 25 then go to the gym before my WI tomoz night and burn loads and loads of calories!!!
New start for both of us!!

Struggled today after days of binging. I was craving something cheesy on pasta but I resisted and I will stay on track this time. Birthday is over now so no excuses! Early night tonight and back to exercise 2moro. Hope everyone is doing well :) I admire all of you and hope I can do as well as you have all done :)
