well i've decided I need to start writing everything down... what I eat, what I do, and just generally have somewhere to be able to see how i'm really doing.

So, this is it a diary to the rest of my life. After a week on slimfast I lost 7lbs.

week 2 - day 3 (monday)

breakfast - sf shake -220 cals
lunch - sf shake -220 cals
dinner - roast chicken dinner - 600 cals


snacks - banana - 100 cals
- strawberries & no added sugar
jelly pot - 50 cals

total calories consumed - 1190

missed my 3rd snack today :sigh:

water ... 2.5 litres woooo :D

exercise .... apart from running after little ones, zero. boo! :(

all in all though a decent day i think.

thats a fab day!! hope you can keep it up.... and dont worry, im sure you will get in some exercise when you can...

breakfast - sf meal bar - 220cals
lunch - sf shake - 220cals
dinner - nothing :eek: - unfortunately i have not been very well and just couldn't stomach anything.

snacks - banana - 100cals
weightwatchers iced desert 98
cals 0mg they are so nice!
chopped fresh pineapple pieces
with orange sugar free jelly -
100 cals

water - 2 litres :)

total calories consumed - 778 :eek:

exercise - too ill. :(

week 2 - day 5 (wednesday)

breakfast - sf shake - 220cals
lunch - sf shake - 220cals
dinner - basa fish fillet, new pots,
peas, beetroot - 500cals

snacks - pineapple chopped fresh - 90cals

water - 2 litres :D

total calories consumed - 1030

exercise - 20 mins on new treadmill ;)
