Will try the close your eyes thingy, but as Ash says, I am not good at doing two things at the same time. However, as Vodka and Slimline Tonic are both clear, I can see through them and therefore they don't count!:party0016:

c - as long as someone else pays for it, it is calorie free :D
d - if it is a fruit flavoured alcopop it counts towards your five a day :p

Eclipse ... alcohol contains fewer calories the closer to the equator you go. A combination of being closer to the sun, gravitational pull, Einstein's theory of relativity, blurred vision and bull-sh*t. Seriously, after a few Vodkas, it becomes a scientific fact!

Actually that's a good point RD...if you go on holiday somewhere near the equator, and someone else buys you a drink which you drink with your eyes shut AND it's a fruity alcopop...

Why, you'd actually LOSE weight drinking it! :rotflmao:

A terrific free weight graph useful to JUDDDers.

Are we only weighing in after DDs??
I weigh every day and watch the averages.
By The Way, for those interested
there is a very helpful free graph, called a "weight loss charting tool"
on a website named:
eatqod.com
eat QOD is the site of an alternate day diet very similiar to JUDDD.
One puts one's morning and evening weight on the graph,
along with whether or not it is an Up or Down day (they call it On and Off day).
Anyway I've found it an excellent visual way to track
how I'm doing with my weight on JUDDD.
I've been using it for a couple of years....
....even when I wasn't doing an alternate day plan.
