July exercise challenge

Not the greatest weekend. Ups and downs.

Total 112,385/ 387,500 steps. A little off track but I will catch up although it will not be this week as I have to go away for a few days and might not have as much opportunity for walking.

Hope everyone else is doing ok.
 
Well I did nothing at all. Do you have any other exercise? Walking and cycling are easy for me to plan but I really try to get to the pool as it works on my abdomen and arms.

18km cycle last night. I took it nice and easy and enjoyed it.
 
Not been a great week. Had two sick children so not a lot of time for walking though I did fit in a little each day. Will be a stretch to get to my July target but there is more than half the month left so when we get over this illness I will get back on it properly.

Not sure if I will make it but certainly having a goal makes me more determined when I am doing an activity. Its the getting to do it that I need a push for.
