Just completed last month's challenge.

My addition to July 2018 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1161 km.
I log all my rides on Friendfit.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 43 km each exercise day.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.

Previous Months

2018) January 1109 km, February 1182 km, March 1246.7 km, April 1279.8 km, May 1216.9 km, June 1123 km
2017) December 1070 km, November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.

11,768.3 km covered from August 2017 to Jun 1st 2018.

Morning chubby, sorry to see you have been slogging it here all on your own. I have been out walking but still trying to find a routine that fits in with my new job. Will be back later to post.
