June Challenge

:( i cant update the weight loss for June on my profile as there isnt enough space :(
 
I am extremely low at the moment, have a lot of stress on and i dont think ss is helping :cry:

I am trying to sell my house and start again. Need to pay of lots of rubbish. I feel i am constantly chasing my ass every month when i get paid. I wouldnt mind buy hubby and I are on a very good wage, its justwe have to pay sooo much out. House selling is going very slow and is very stressful.

I am also having a lot of dizzy spells lately (only in the morning). I dont knw if its because of my meds, because i have had to change the pill to pill injection, becasue of SS or all 3 combined????

I have decided to go up to 810 after WI on Thursday. I will try and stay 810 for 2 weeks but will take every day as it comes. (will do at least 1 week). Then its time to maintain.

Does anyone know if you have good losses on 1000?? The reason i ask is i may not be at goal by the time i go onto 1000 so want to make sure i still lose on it?

Sorry to bring the mood down guys, just needed to vent to somebody. I cried last night and hubby said "u got pmt??" i couldve killed him lol x

Hope you're feeling a bit better this morning but if you're not here's a :hug99:.

I guess everyone is different but I'm still losing weight on 1000 so it is possible.

My house isn't selling either & OH & I have split up so it's doubly (sp?) stressful so I know what you're going through! :sigh:

Hi hun, if you need to rant and rave then this is the place....i think so many of us know the struggles of trying to lose weight and cope with all other daily stresses of life. somehow most of us have an inbuilt strength to get through....

ps.....dont think any court would convict you if you did top him...lol xx

Ahhhh Dione! Sounds like you are really having a rubbish time :( Stepping up now to 810 is a fab idea and I know people who've lost on 1000 too, it just slows down a bit that's all. Might help balance everything out for you as it's hard to fight so many battles at the same time. Eat some chicken and enjoy the savouriness and I bet you'll start feeling instantly better :)

Had my WI this morning and results are below. I'm stepping up to 810 today - don't think I've ever been so excited about the prospect of a chicken salad in my whole life!!!!!

Im ooking forward to 810 as well. How much salad do you have with your chicken or fish? Last time i only had 1 stick of celery and cut it up. Is that not enough? i really cant remember xx

I've been feeling really poorly so despite having supposedly stepped up to 810 I've actually struggled to eat anything at all :( Making myself eat today because really don't want to screw myself over - CDC says I should really try and at least have my Cambridge meals if I can face them.

Dione - can't believe you only had a stick of celery with your chicken on 810 before btw!! I pile on the veg, LOL :) I have a good handful of salad leaves or a pile of broccoli, don't be shy with it! Hope you're feeling better on the meds too hon.

Only 2lbs off for me this week but then i had a bad day saturday so it was to be expected.

On a good note i only need to lose 2lb to hit my goal of 14lb for june xxxx

Hi Guys,

How is everyone? Hope you are all 100% and are doing well.

ok so i have been running this week. I have run thursday, friday & Saturday which i am extremely proud of. I am determined to run 4 days a week with the dog (1 mile) 4 times a week (thurs-Sunday) so i can start to tone my horrible flabby belly.

Now here is the problem. I started 810 yesterday and i am finding that eating a small meal is making me extremely hungry. I didnt get this the last time so i dont understand why i am now :(
I just want to eat. please can somebody help? xxx
