I have lost 4 pounds this week... so chuffed with my self... - can I join the July challenge too please ? I would like to go for 2 lb a week please... :)

Shep - I hate it when that happens. Keep your chin up and remember how good you feel at the moment, are your clothes looser, do you feel fitter. Hopefully this will get you thought the next couple of days and line you up for a great loss next week.

Wonder why i cant take m y own advise! this weekend I have been off the wagon completely! tried to get back on this morning, but fell again at lunch as I have the dentist later and I am petrefied!!!!

Hay ho, we keep going. As i wont be able to get weighed this week, I have put my target in for july! gonna go for 10 and see what happens.

Yes some of clothes looser, but off wagon today daughter had me up from 3am this morning and got a banging headache, thought it was cause of not drinking enough but 3 pints later and its still going, so going for the nurofen now, but having a salad tonight so shouldn't be far off calories but had a late breakfast with scambled egg, bacon,mushrooms and toast opps!!! nothing for lunch but a packet of walkers at school time.

Good luck with the dentist I HATE THEM:D:D:D

Well done to everyone for the losses in June,

June Slimmer of the Month is Kellyp1984 with a great loss of 10lb. this was very closely followed by MrsWilsoncroft with a 6.5lb loss. Next we have Iaimtobethin loosing 6lb, just 2lb behind her with a 4lb loss in only 2 weeks in Ineedtobegood. Holding up the pack is myself and shep with a 1lb loss each. Hay 1lb is still 1lb, and it is much better off than on.

Between us we have lost a total of 28,5lb this month, thats 2 stone!!!

Lets hope we can all keep going into July. Please copty and paste the details below with either what you want to loose or what your losses are. Lets try and beet the 2stone mark.

Im looking forward to July's challenge.
I want to get at least 1lbs off each week plus im doing the Solo Slim Diet trial next week as my leader has asked members if they would like to take part.
And im also going to give the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred a try after seeing some fabulous weight losses/body changes on Myfitnesspal.

Yay to me getting slimmer of the month for June. I am so pleased - in all my time going to SW and WW its the award I always wanted!!

So, to start July off I have maintained. I am happy with that as I haven't been on plan for the last few days due to life getting in the way. Back on it now.
