Well ladies I went to weigh in this morning & also took my measurements again from last week..... LOST 3 LBS!!
And a total of 11 inches :D

Lost:
1" from bust
2" from waist
1" from hips
1" from widest part
1" from left thigh
2" from right thigh
1" from left knee
1" from right knee

I am over the moon. I have now reached my goal weight & although im really pleased I now want to work on toning up but possibly getting down to 8 stone If I can meaning I can lose another 4lbs.

I really think the solo slim meals have helped aswell as all the exercise too.

Well done Stacey, that's incredible!! I'm glad solo gave you that push to reach target. Keep at it and you will get that extra 4lbs I'm sure.

Well done Stacey - 11 inches too ;) Fabaroo - I reckon I should get some measuring done - I know I have lost inches tho as I am having probs keeping me trews up !!
 
I stayed the same this week which although I am not happy with myself about - I am glad that it was a sts as opposed to a 'on' - as you know had a bad disorganised week - am going for a good week this week tho ;)

I'm still struggling to get back on the wagon, I dont know why. I really want to be on it but i just can hang on for very long.

I'm going to have a chat with my consultant tonight (been hiding from it for a few weeks, so the damage could be bad!!!) hopefully she can help and give me the push I need. Decided to change my challange figures, as I think I will put on a lot tonight, I want to loose that before the end of the month, so my target is not to gain from what I last weighed till the end of July. any extra would be a bonus.

You and me both I cant get back into it either I go on holiday beginning of August and must lose some..... trying again but my mojo gone....:cry:
