id just have one shake and a snack then if i got hungry in the evening keeps a shake free lol

Ohh I ended up having 2 shakes 2 snacks and 450 cal meal for the day :0) x

Bit late now hehe but I'd say cram in both shakes/bars and your meal, plus a snack because that lot then gives you all your nutrients for the day. That was always the advice when I did CD anyway, guessing this would be the same
