Karen and Lyn's Buddy Thread

Hi there. I have restarted today and Lyn has started also so we're going to give each other moral (and possible some immoral) support :D

I've started well I think but shouldn't have upped my water intake on a day when I was giving hubby a lift to Newark! Luckily there was a McDonalds so I nipped in and used their loo.

I do wonder why on earth I let my low carbing lapse before! I'm never hungry on this WOE.

Had a lovely choc shake for brekkie and a tuna mayo salad for lunch. Been snacking on Babybels and LOADS of water.

My closest friend is getting married 21 weeks on Saturday and I'd like to look glamourous. It's going to be a "proper" do, in London - big church, 300 guests, posh reception, party in the evening. I've designed a dress on StyleShake that I'd like to wear. I just need the bod to go with it.

So here goes...

Tomorrow's menu will be:B-two pork chops, mushrooms, fried egg L-salad leaves, mayo, ham, pastrami, sardines D-chicken breast, baby sprouts and I'd like to attempt a cheesy sauce.:eek:
