ProPoints Katrina's food diary

Hi everyone,

i hope you don't mind me posting my food diary. I've been trying to "diet" since i had my daughter 15 months ago but my will power is low. I figure if i actually have to post somewhere what i've eaten i'm more likely to stick to it!

I'm following ProPoints and i'm allowed 26 points a day and 49 weekly points.

Breakfast:
Wholemeal seeded bagel: 6 points
10g anchor butter: 2 points

Lunch:
1 can John west tuna in spring water: 3 points
Lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper: 0 points
Balsamic vinegar: 0 points
Spicy parsnip soup: 6 points (estimated)

Dinner:
150g charlotte potatoes (boiled): 3 points
150g chicken breast fillet, dry fried: 4 points
Carrots and cauliflower: 0 points
70ml gravy: 1 point:

Total: 25 points (plus 1 for skimmed milk in tea and whatnot)
