katy's (100th) weight loss diary! Menu checks apprechiated!

Weigh in tomorrow... feeling quite nervous hope I've lost again this week, really want my half stone award!!! Need 2.5lbs for that!! Anyway, today's been a bit of a higgeldy piggeldy day, not sure if its EE red or green lol!! I'll take it as extra easy with not enough superfree (again!!)

Breakfast: 2 tesco french toasts (4 syns)
Lunch: Cheesy (A) Beans on toast (B)
Dinner: Chicken and Veg noodles

Syns - milk (1.5), velvet crunch (4)

Lost 2.5lbs and got slimmer of the week! I'm quite surprised lol!! So now lost half a stone.. it's going in the right direction!!

Food: April 18th Day 14

D -Homemade burger and SW fries (A+B) Salad

D - chicken fajhitas (no wrap and homemade) with SW chips

Argh major binge last night!! Had a really good time though so going to draw a line under it and start 100% back on plan today! Haven't really followed EE this week at all as no superfree but I've measured healthy extras properly and apart from last night used my syns correctly, and I have had free food just no where near enough superfree, so definately, definately starting red and green days as of today!

B - woke up really late as had a very late night!
L - Cheese (A) Ham (free) Toastie (B)
D - Roast Pork (free) Salad (free) with SW chips (B)

Lost 2.5lbs again this week :) rewarded myself with a chinese... straight back on track tomorrow!

Have a chicken risotto bubbling away, it smells gorgeous so why am I craving a huge greasy cheeseburger with chips and mayo!? Why why why? EE DAY

Oh my what a bad weekend :( I've been so naughty!!

Friday night - 2 slices white toast with margarine

Saturday

B - bagel and cream cheese
D - burger, chips, coleslaw, 3 onion rings
alcohol :( - 1 X small wine, 1 X cocktail, 1 X malibu and diet coke

Weighed this morn and it varied from 4lb gain to STS. I refuse to believe what I had would gain 4lbs

MUST be super good until Weds! Feel dissapointed in myself :(

No syns if it can be avoided to claw some back from y'day!

Argh!! Weigh in in 2 days and feel totally let down by my blowout weekend!

Serial scale jumping does not bode well. Haven't lost anything, which isn't surprising and well deserved but can't help feeling really depressed!
:( Will def attend weigh in tomorrow but don't think I'll stay for the shame of everyone being told I've gained lol!!!

1.5lbs lost very very happy with that! A total of 11lbs, so going to try 100% next week to get my first stone :) Going to start a proper 'food diary' and add pics of my creations too.. so may move this to food diary as I think I'm in weight loss diary lol!!

Cheesy nachos for 10 syns isn't bad!!!
 
Thursday 4th May 2012 - WEEK 5 - going to try extra hard with extra easy this week!

B - 2 wholemeal toast (B) Bacon, tom and mushroom sandwich
L - Spinach, feta (A), pepper parcel with salad - 4.5 syns
D - chicken curry and boiled rice (chinese) 10 syns for the curry I hope!!
Total: 14.5 syns

Lots of water and sugar free juice.

Need to show super control at work tomorrow as I've spent the last hour baking cheese scones and vanilla sponge.. I love baking so like to treat the staffroom lol!

Lunch - chicken nugget happy meal, water: unsure of syns, hopefully not over 15!
Dinner - 2 toast (400g) topped with tuna, red onion, pepper and cheese (a) with salad

Really want to lose 3 lbs this week!
