katy's (100th) weight loss diary! Menu checks apprechiated!

beginning to think 3lbs is a very overlly optimistic target after mcdonalds on friday :(. going to stick to plan 100% and pray for a miracle!

d - buffet.. shudder to think of syns
:( wholemeal ham sandwich (6 syns) 1 mini spring roll, 1 stuffed breaded chilli, handful nachos, 1tsp low fat dip, very small slither birthday cake..... wednesday will assess the damage!

Weigh in tomorrow.... don't think I've managed 3lbs for my stone but I'll welcome any loss

Haven't stuck to a diet for this long in forever and feeling so proud of myself! I will be slim (mer) for my hols!

Week 6: Thursday 10th May 2012
Unsure if I'm doing EE, red, green or a mix tbh, I'll say EE tomorrow but breakfast is a no go.... lol

Breakfast: lean grilled bacon, tesco french toasts (4 syns)
Lunch: left over SW lasagne (3.5 syns)
Dinner: SW cheese burger, wholemeal roll (b) coleslaw, salad (A & B)

Syns - french toasts (4) Milk (2.5)

Lunch - cheese and onion crisps - very bad, work was busy, i'd forgotten lunch and I was lucky to manage to have what I did!
Dinner - not much better... 2 toast (b) cheese (a) tuna and homemade coleslaw.

hungry and totm so I'm craving utter rubbish

Update Friday: made SW chips last night :( but better than phoning for pizza and cheesy chips, which is what i'd have done pre SW!

Saturday 12th May

L - cheese ham tom toastie (A&B) with hm coleslaw
D - out for a meal for housemates birthday... so goodness knows! I'll update later!

Update: Chicken breast burger, fries and salad... yummy and for once didn't feel that guilty as straight back on track today. Fries weren't greasy at all and the chicken breast was grilled! Although i know it's still not on track!

15.5.12 - okay feel guilty now as only lost 0.5lb! Well deserved!

Feel like I've piled weight on this week, totm makes me feel so bloated and icky. Hope I manage a loss.

Haven't updated for a couple of days as I've been totally off track, feeling dissapointed!! Any way, back on track as of tomorrow, 100% on plan!
Friday
b - nothing
l - small slice quiche, oven chips, small slice bday cake (staff room dangers)
d -lasagne with proper topping and 2 slices low fat garlic bread

so not too bad today, but not on plan, can't believe i've been off track for 2 whole days!! hehe
 
Saturday 19th
Not going to do well this weds at WI... I'm sure everyone has little blips though but definately back on track as of now. Before I'd have said I'm not going to WI this week, and I'd have used it as an excuse to be bad until I rejoined but, going to face the damage and keep going

Changing weigh in to a Thursday so an extra day to get rid of the damage this week. I'm 100% back on track today, tried on my 'skinny' jeans and they fit!
:) That's all the motivation I need!

Just im from work so missed weigh in tonight.. been a longggg day! Had a bad week anyway, haven't tracked properly, had takeaways etc so 100% week starting tomorrow :)
 
Almost a whole week + off plan!! Managed to stay the same which is a saviour of some sort! Going to start tracking again tomorrow! :)
