Morning hun, well a tad disappointed for a full first week on plan only lost a 1lb, I know your going to say it a loss lol but it is a bit meh.....going to keep going for this week but usually i would be like....can't be A....Just making my baked oats for brekkie so i can eat them through the day too x. Hope you have a good day on plan x

Try not to be too disappointed.

Sometimes I find throwing a few SP days in there helps.

Also, although they are free...I feel limiting mug shots and mullers a bit of a help too.

You will probably have a better loss next week. :)

I have had a lot of SP days to try and get back on track so I am hoping for a decent loss on Friday.

Golden rule is not to deny yourself and I havn't. I don't feel hungry and not craving. Well.. I crave wine but thats a nono till weekend. :roofles:

Well done on your pound off !! And yes, a loss is still a loss and going the right way!! :D I know how you feel especially if you were expecting more but keep going hon, you will get there. Xx:):)
 
Just realised I didn’t update my diary for yesterday..

Wednesday 6/11

Breakfast
40g porridge oats (Hex b) mixed with water
Defrosted mixed berries - strawberries raspberries
Fat free Greek yogurt
Banana
Tbsp sweetener (0.5 syn)
Splash of semi skimmed milk (0.5 syn- I used my Hex a for cheese)

Lunch
SW macaroni cheese (Hex a for 40g light reduced fat cheddar cheese
Steamed vegetables
Muller light cherry yoghurt

Dinner
Homemade spicy butternut squash carrot and parsnip soup
Muller light yoghurt- toffee

Snacks/ miscellaneous
Apple
Douwe Egbert flavour collective caramel coffee
200ml semi skimmed milk for coffee throughout the day (5 syns)
Aldi Harvest morn benefit bar- Chocolate fudge (3 syns)
Jordan’s skinny syrup in coffee
Vending machine coffee at work (cappuccino) (3 syns- unsure about syn value so opted for 3 Syns as v similar to sachet variety and it’s a small cup!!)
Banana
Morrisons can diet cream soda no added sugar 2cals per can - free
Two Morrisons reduced fat Cumberland sausages- 2 syns
Options mint chocolate drink (1.5 syns)

Total syns 15.5


Over syns allowance but I think I’m under my weekly allowance!!
Update 105 syns exactly for the week!!

Thursday 9/11

Breakfast
1 slice hovis granary wholemeal bread from 800g loaf (Hex b)
2 tsp Flora Light (1 syn)
4 lean bacon medallions
2 eggs scrambled
1/2 tin baked beans
0.5 syns tomato ketchup

Lunch
Not very hungry after my big breakfast !!
Mug shot - sweet and sour- free
Muller yoghurt- orange with chocolate sprinkles- free
Egg muffin with mushroom ham pepper and light cheddar cheese (1.5 syn)


Dinner
SW recipe “Easy chicken curry “ done in slow cooker- free

Total syns 17 (yes I went over my daily allowance but under yesterday ‘s daily so ok with that) ..and the chocolate was so worth it!!! :D
