i would have had a 100% day yesterday, but i went 1.5 syn over! ah well, i did do 65 lengths in pool, think that redeemed me a little:D

35g bitesize shredded wheat with soya milk [1 syn], strawberries and banana
apple

lunch; mixed bean and pasta salad [home made -ff] with fat free viniagrette [ff]
mixed leaves, 6 black olives [1 syn]
30g feta cheese [3 syns]
activia cherry yogurt [ff]
strawberries, grapes and kiwi fruit [ff]

dinner;
wafer thin ham slices [ff]
new potatoes
salad with fat free viniagrette [ff]
coleslaw, reduced fat 2 tbsp
ww layered fruit fromage frais [0.5 syn]
25 g dark chocolate with hazelnuts [7 syns]
options 11g serving belgian chocolate drink [3 syns]

ah well, i have been good all week! re exercise, so i guess i thought i deserved a treat

yes fine, just a busy week!
went over syns a couple of days this week but when i did a sneaky weigh in yesterday, i was registering a 1.5lbs loss so that will do for me!
lots of walking, no swimming as yet this week but hope to go today, got to mow the lawn first! providing it doesnt rain!
 
have gone over syns today through using seeds of change pasta sauce and burgen soya and linseed bread! oh well will just have to be extra good tomorrow!
