3rd September - off work EXTRA EASY

At a hen night tonight which food and drink wise I'm dreading :( going to a teppanyaki/Japanese restaurant so hoping lots of grilled meats and vegetables will be available... Will be trying to stick to vodka slimline too especially as I need to be up for 6am tomorrow to do a car boot!

Well food wise I was ok yesterday, teppanyaki was amazing, had grilled chicken with veg and boiled rice. Alcohol wise I think I drank everything :( feel rough this morning and was up at 6am to do a car boot! Had a bacon butty whist there on a White barm :( think I'm weighing in first thing in the morning so well see what damage I have done...

Went out but was fairly good and had steak, jacket potato and garden peas. No alcohol for me either.... far too rough!

Weigh in day and wasn't expecting much with the night out Saturday and a hangover day yesterday but I lost 2lbs...! Woo!! And that also means I'm now at 15lbs gone so got my 1 stone sticky. 1 more and I'm at my club 10... :)

5th September

Syns - 14 (and then I ate a million biscuits :( so glad it's wi day so I have a week to lose today's syns and hopefully more!)

I feel really bloated today and the scales are showing me 2lbs up :( out tonight for a meal as well but will obviously be as good as I can be. Then I'm going syn free until weigh in on Wednesday morning... really hope I can at least lose 1lb this week so I can get my club 10.

Thank you :) never normally fluctuates that way for me though so I guess time will tell.

Exercise - 1 hr body attack (killed today)

I've come to the conclusion that my body doesn't like pasta... Still showing 2lbs up on last week and whilst I've not done great this week I've not had a dreadful week. Not to warrant a 2lb gain especially. My tummy is bloated and I feel huge... So cutting rice and pasta for a while to see if it helps.
