Thanks! I have had such a good day today, feeling full and warm and eating proper foods!
Breakfast - 3 egg omelette with cheese
Lunch - beef casserole (only hot option at Uni) with broccoli and cauli
Tea - homemade chicken and courgette broth (my current favourite quick winter warmer!)
It's lovely eating proper food and feeling full again!!

Hi all...
Food today was
Breakfast - 3 egg omelette with cheese
Lunch - cooked chicken thighs and legs from asda. Olives and feta. 3 Pepperami hot. Small pack pork scratchings.
Snack - pork scratchings again.
Tea will be chicken broth.
I've entered all this into MFP and it's come up as about 1000 cals over my daily allowance!!! (WTF??) - this is mostly because of the chicken!
Food today was

Hair looks fabulous! Probably the pork scratchings too they're pretty calorific, but if your on Atkins, don't worry to much. x

Yeah the cals Were way over but only 2%carbs and 14g of carbs altogether.
I'm not hungry but I just want to eat. I think it's the weather and the trick or treat stash and bloody bonfire toffee!!
It's HARD in winter. I have my Bond dress to consider however (and my Christmas do one and my birthday dress!)
This is my dress for the James Bond themed party on 13th December.... It's amazing. It was £55, reduced to £35, reduced even more to £24 as it needs a new zip (£5 max!)
