    Evening all hope you are well I'm by no means new to exante but it has been over 2 years! I go on holiday in 5 weeks and have just ordered some shakes, wouldn't mind getting a stone off before I go at the age of ( very nearly ) 34 I'm passed caring what people think of me in a bikini lol I just want to be a bit more comfortable in myself

    I had a gastric band in October 12 and find that for me it's not really everything I thought It would be don't get me wrong I've lost a little but not as much as I thought I could have £5000 down the drain I went private as wasn't considered big enough on nhs anyway thought I'd give good old exante another go as I've had a good break from it! I'm hoping they will be here tomorrow to start Friday I was goin g to wait till after my birthday 6th May but thought stuff it might as well get straight on it will weigh in etc the morning I start bye for now ;-) xxx

    Good luck to you, I think it's always best to start as soon as possible while you feel motivated because the feeling can disappear so easily.

    Thank you all it's going really well thank you! I've been using ********* to photograph everything I've had on my 3rd ltr of water today 2 teas n 2 coke zero I know tea isn't strictly allowed but if I only have one or two cups a day and keeps me on track so be it :) how you all getting on? Xx

    Sooo I'm back everything went to pot last time done really well for over a week then all hell broke loose! I. Not going to go into details or what went on line drawn and I'm back here again wanting to lose weight I have said every day for the last few weeks I'm starting today and by dinner time I've been stressed out and eaten something hence me coming back on here for a little extra support I'm planning on starting tomorrow 3 shakes a day and if I find I need it some protein like egg or chicken so maybe ts maybe ws let's see how it goes! Hope your well xx

    Good morning! It seems very quiet around the boards lately I have just had half a mint choc shake and I'm having half a bar with have the other halves for lunch x
