Ketosis already????

Is it right I'm in ketosis after only half way through the second day? Testes myself on day 1 which was negative, and just tried it now as I've been really energised all day and not really hungry, and the strip has come up dark pink!!! Woo woo!!! I'm not complaining or anything, but has anyone else gone into ketosis so quickly, or am I just an oddball?

Yep - sounds like you are!

Some people (me included) get into Ketosis really easily but beware you can come out just as quick!

Its a good feeling isn't it?

U can only come out of it tho if u eat the wrong things, is that right? Glad I've gone into it quickly as didn't like the sound of feeling rubbish for days!

That's so fab - well done on getting there so quickly!! Did you cut down on carbs for a bit before you started?

No, I had a massive three course meal, ice cream, Chips etc the evening before i started, which is why I'm so suprised it's happened so quickly.

Oh yes you will only come out of Ketosis if you eat something other than the packs & allowed foods - especially carbs.
