Kickstart and less than 18 points ?????

Hey Gang,

Sorry if I am asking something that been posted a million times before (feeling too lazy to search the forum).

If my points allowance is 17 presumably I can't do kickstart as the minimum points is 18?? Is that right??

Well maybe it's me being a bit fick .... but if Kickstart is 18 points and I'm on 17 it would be a bit silly of me to do it as I'd be on more points each day? But wasn't sure whether there was a kickstart option if you are less than 18 iykwim!!

Also wasn't sure whether it was a specific combination of foods that give the greater losses or whether just the reduction in points!! I'll just stick to my allowance for now and get the low down on Saturday from my WW leader!! LOL!!

According to WW site you have 18 points if youre under 14 stone & 22 if youre over that
