Kidney pains!

I'm only 5ft tall so my pharmacist said I need to get down to between 8st 7 and 9 st, so I'm heading for that, however my friend has been quite negative saying that I will look ill if I lose too much. I will see how it goes. What about you if you if you dont mind me asking?

I am not completely sure to be honest i was thinking about 9 and half but I think I will see as I get down further I am 5'5 so this will make my BMI 22 I think. I am 13stone at the moment xx

hey there if it was me I would maybe call an out of hours GP and see what they say if it hasn't got better hun xx

Did think it might have been from having sex on tuesday (had a bad back that way before)

You need to stop swinging from the chandeliers hun!!! I've never had a bad back after.......I'm obviously doing something wrong
