    I am trying to lose weight before my wedding day in September this year. I have a lot of weight to lose, but struggle keeping focused so I thought that I would keep a diary here. Feel free to comment, criticise and encourage as appropriate :D

    Breakfast
    Toast & butter 3 pp

    Lunch
    2 x toast & butter 6 pp
    Beans 4 pp
    Yogurt 2 pp

    Dinner
    Dry fry stir fry veg
    Sweet n Sour sauce 2 pp
    Rice 7 pp

    Snacks
    Bread & Butter 3
    Banana
    Apple
    Orange

    Yep, I am trying PP and am allowed 30 a day. I am not going to the meetings though as I am trying to save pennies.
