Red delicious apple, was the size of a melon...scrummy

L- Pasta n sauce( water and milk hea no butter)

Snack- more strawberries

D- Baked spud, 42g reducd fat cheese(HEA) and salad.

I have the start of tonsiltis and feel generally crappy. Dont think i have eaten enough over the past few days. And since i was 4 days late my * week has turned into 2 weeks and i look 6 months preggo.

Tis my eldests birthday tomorrow, so gonna have a flexi syns day. Well will eat normally up til we have cake. Then i am having a slice.
am going to try and have lots of superfree/superspeed tomorrow. Going strawberry picking in the morning...yum yum and intend to walk to the beach at some point tomorrow. Realistically on monday i will be happy to sts again....:(
Hoping the bloating/water weight will shift in the next couple of days....
 
saturday 19th June

B- 2 x weetabix (HEB) and Milk ( hea)

L- Cheese( 42g reduced fatHEA), red onion, mushroom omelette

strawberries and strawberry cheesecake mullerlight( 1syn?)

Felt ok a bit later on and had a slice of cheese and tom pizza, a slice of garlic bread and a slice of birthday cake.
I stuck to my limit and quite enjoyed it apart from the throat infection thing....

Sunday 20th June

Dont think i will be eating very much today at all
My glands in my neck are so swollen i cant move my head and i cant hardly open my mouth to talk let alone eat.

So far this morning i have forced a mullerlight down my neck so i dont feel sick and dizzy. And had an icepop.
Think it will mainly stuff like that today :sigh:

Just want to go back to bed but with 3 kids and no help, thats not gonna happen....
 
Tuesday 22nd June ( Not sure yet)

Feeling a tad better, have survived the past 3 days on ice pops, yoghurts and then for the past two nights i have managed paoched egg on wholemeal bread.
Throat is better today so going to ease myself into it again....Just coughing up my lungs now....

L- Cheese ( 42g reduced fat HEA) and red onion omelette

Was going to have a BBQ this evening so started with having EE in my head then we decided we wouldnt so it all went a bit pear shaped but damage isnt too bad i dont think.Change it to a green day with flexi syns and only ate a few bad things at lunch and havent since...havent counted the syns, dont want to think about it....

Ok a lb off at WI in today. Its going the right way but not quick enough. I am not after 4/5 lb loses every week but a week or two of 2lb would be great so i am being a lot more strict on myself...
