Old mother hubbard is what i am today....no food so using dregs that are left

B- 2x weetabix (HEB) and 175ml skimmed milk (1/2 HEA)

snack- banana

L- 2 egg omelette with 21 g reduced fat cheese( 1/2HEA)

D- SW chips and poached egg

fibre plus bar (HEB)

Hersheys cookies and cream bar ( no idea on the syns but since i had nothing else that was synned i am giving it the full 15, it was a small bar and was lovely.....)

Then i had a bad afternoon, HUGE trouble with the ex that is a trigger so i had

and a pan au chocolate which is about a zillion syns

Slapped myself in the face then

after that when i was hungry i had

water melon

and am just about to have a banana, apple and a glass of skimmed milk (HEA)

L- Salad with lean pork( lettuce, toms, cucumber, red onion)

snack- 2 x alpen light(HEB) and apple

D- Cottage loaf ( extra lean mince, red onion, one grated carrot, one chopped tomato, and egg white and herbs mixed up and shped to a loaf tin and baked for an hour) smells lovely as its cooking right now.
Going to warm some passata for sauce and have it with green beans

snack- water melon. ff vanilla onken with 1 alpen light sprinkled on top (3syns)

Options ( 2 syns) made with HEA milk
cadburys little ones bar 5.5 (syns)

weigh in today and 2 1/2 lbs off....wooohooooo

Means unofficially i have lost over a stone..

My migraines are blood sugar related and since i didnt have anything suitable and prepared i went off on one :cry:

L- We went to Liverpool and ended up in a gormet burger place that failed to note in their menu that the chicken breast burger was coated in breadcrumbs and fried....:mad:
Soooooooo i had the breast, breadcrumbless and no bum, no relish or mayo.
and a mixed leaf salad.
I am assuming it was fried...so god knows what the synnage is but i think i made the best of a bad situation
