Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Green day today

Brekkie; bowl of melon, pineapple, passion fruit topped with 42g all bran (heb1) & fat free yog

Lunch; pasta salad made with wm pasta, peppers, tomatoes, radish & cucumber, 4 tablespoons of ex light mayo (2 syns) & 56g cheese (both heas)

Dinner: Red onion Omellete, SW chips, tomatoes & mushrooms & baked beans.

2 slices toast (heb2) with 2 teaspoons butter (4 syns)

Total syns: 6

Red day
Brekkie: Bowl of melon & pineapple. 2 slices toast (heb1) with scrambled egg (2 syn butter)

Lunch: seafood stick & salmon salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, radish, celery, carrot) 2 tblespoons ex light mayo (1 syn)

Dinner: chicken shish kebab with salad (lettuce, cucunber, tomato, cabbage, red onion & white onion with wm pitta (heb2) - 2.5 syns ex light mayo

White choc magnum :13 syns

Total syns: 18.5 opps!

Extra easy

Brekkie: scrambled egg (3 syns butter) smoked salmon, grilled mushrooms.

Lunch: Chicken noodle mugshot with carrot sticks & pepper sticks.

Dinner: piri piri chicken with jacket potato (2 syns butter) & salad (28g cheese hea on jacket)

Snack; hifi bar (heb)

Syns: out for a birthday party tonight so will be using them for vodka :). If i keep myself 10 sybs back for tomorrow from my weekly 105 i have enough for 14 single vodkas tonight with diet coke.

Lunch: Chicken salad with cheese(hea)

Snack; shape delight choc mousse.

Dinner: keema curry ( onion, pepper, garlic, mushrooms) bombay potato
Merigunes with greek yog & fruit

Syns: 2 syns milk in a big cup of tea

Extra easy day

Brekkie: melon, pineapple, strawbs, rasps, allbran (heb) & ff yog

Lunch; out with a friend at a pub. Had the only syn free thing on the menu - jacket potato with beans & cheese (hea) and Salad- asked for the cheese seperately so I could control how much I had and prob has less than a HEA portion.

Dinner: grilled trout with stir fry veg & noodles.( used a chow mein sauce that was 2.5 syns & not worth it as it was tasteless)

Shape delight : 5.5 syns

Total syns: 8

I lost 1/2lb so not as bad as it could have been after the weekend. Weigh in again tomorrow, hoping for a little bit more this week :)

Brekkie: 2 slice toast (heb) with philly light (hea), bowl of melon, pineapple & raspberries

Lunch; chicken salad

Dinner: mediteranean chicken (peppers, onion, garlic, tinned toms) with coop wm pitta bread (heb2 ) & cheese (hea2) - had 6 syns of chorizo in it too.

Syns: boutneville bar : 12 syns

Total : 18

Todays food plan - Extra easy Day

Brekkie: Bowl of fruit, 2 slice wm toast (HEB) with baked beans (which for the first time in years i managed to not to drop all over my top :))
Lunch: Pasta salad (Pepper, tomato, cucumber and carrot) mised up with 35g philly light and 2 Laughingcow blue cheese deli squares (HEA)

Dinner: Prawn & chorizo (6 syns) Paella made with cooked prawns, onions, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes, and rice. Put a bit too much cayenne in so was spicy, but still lovely!

Dessert: 1 meringues crushed up ( 2.5 syns) strawberries & blueberries mixed with 0% greek yog.

Total syns: 8.5

Food for today.

Right, all gone a bit wrong today! Was planning for a red day but that has not happened! So changed to extra easy

Brekkie: Bowl of fruit with 2 slice wm toast (HEB) and 3 syns philly light

Lunch - had a bit of Salmon and some salad. Then went to Weatherspoons and had 5 bean chilli (4 syns for tortillas)

Dinner - am planning on 2 burgers with bacon and cheese (HEA), in 1 roll (6 syns) with salad.

Total syns: 13
 
Bad Day yesterday. Back on it today - extra easy

Brekkie: Half a melon, ex lean bacon, 1 wm roll (HEB + 2 syns)

Lunch: Chicken Salad (Lettice, pepper, cucumber, tomato, red onion, carrot) with Mugshot

Dinner: Chilli made with ex lean mince, peppers, onions, tomatoes, served with rice and cheese (HEA)

Brekkoe: cheese ommlette (hea1) with tomatoes, mushtooms, and baked beans

Lunch: chicken Salad

Dinner: 2 hm burgers in 2 wm buns (2 hebs plus 4 syns) with bacon & cheese (hea2) & salad.

Brekkie: Bowl of fruit (melon, pineapple, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries) with ff youg and bran flakes (HEB)

Lunch: Potato Salad (peppers, carrots, raddish, tomato, cucumber) with 2 syns mayo

Dinner: Sirloin Steak, Jacket Potato, Cheese (HEA) Salad (lettuce, cucumber, pepper, red onion. Garlic and Mushroom sauce made with ff yog.

2 meringues with greek 0% yog & strawberries.

Total: 7 syns

Yesterdays food

Brekkie: bowl of melon, pineapple, raspbs, strawbs, blueberries, kiwi. 2 slices wm toast with philly light (heb & hea)

Pain au raisin: 16 syns. Opps!!!

Lunch: salmon & egg with cous cous salad (courgette, aubergine, onion, pepper, mushroom, carrot, tomato, cucumber, radish)

Dinner: chicken, prawn & chorizo paella (onions, tomatoes & peppers). 6 syns for chorizo.

Hifi bar: 6 syns

Total syns: 28 - double opps!
