Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

I think that I may have done okay yesterday. 2 bits of white toast with butter for breakfast (16 Syns) Lunch, a filo prawn (2 syns) a few onion rings, and 4 breaded mushrooms, (about 6 Syns) then 2 roast potatoes (4 Syns) 2 pigs in blankets (6 syns) a couple of parsnip's ( about 4 syns again) - the FIL didn't use loads of oil in the roasters or parsnip's). Filled up on superfree & meat! tea - a bit of cheese ( but no more than 2 hea's worth) 12 Syns , 1/2 a white bread roll (6 syns) plus more meat, and some pickled onions - yum.

Had a piece of the MOST boozy xmas cake I've ever tasted - no clue on the Syns in that

Plus a bottle of wine (27 Syns)

Reckon I was under my 100 syn flexi limit - just!

Blueh! Woke up with a cold - that's what being off plan does I suppose. Haven't had one since I've been on SW.

Back on plan & at home now.

Breakfast: bowl of mixed fruit with a high bar (heb)

Lunch: Mediterranean veg soup (carrot, celery, onion, tomatoes, pepper, potatoes, garlic)

Dinner: chilli, made with ex lean mince, tomatoes, peppers, with 42g cheese (hea) &'some rice.
 
Off to visit my grandad today. Hoping he doesn't want to do to lunch somewhere too bad for me. Am desperately trying to stick to plan food wise - booze is another matter, but I had given myself some leeway for that over this period. I have friends round for drinks tonight as well, so would rather use my 30 Syns on that!

Breakfast - 35g sultana bran (heb) with melon, strawberry, oranges, & on ken fat free mango& apple yogurt

Lunch: something on plan in the restaurant my grandad has no doubt decided to book!

Dinner: depends - if we do have lunch out, I will have some Italian veg soup(made with celery, onion,carrot, peppers,swede, potato, butternut squash, garlic) when I get home, if not, chicken & spinach curry (which I'll make either way for the OH) - made its tomatoes, spinach, potato, chicken, onions.

He he! My mojitos are fine for tonight then! Limes are even superspeed, the rum is clear, all good!

Just back from weigh in- 3lb gain - not a total disaster, and I am ill at the moment as well. I am a bit gutted because I am now not 3st lighter than when I started, but is am still 2st 11lbs lighter, so never mind. Plus I've had a wicked Christmas :)

My New years resolution is a simple one. Get to target this year. 2st 11lbs to go. Done it once, I can do it again.
 
Food for today!

Frittata for brunch (ham, eggs,potato, peppers, courgette, shallot) with tomatoes & mushrooms. Plus enough left over for tomorrow hangover munchies

Snack later on: 2 slices wm bread, toasted, with 71g Philly light (heb & hea), with some carrot sticks & cucumber chunks.

Dinner: chicken, potato & spinach curry (onions. Spinach, tomatoes)

At a house party for NYE. Have a small bottle of vodka, & some sugar free red bull. Plus a very small bottle of bacardi to make monitors. I am flexi synning obviously - 60 Syns should be more than enough.
 
Really quite a bad hangover, though I don't think I had more than 5 mojitos & 2 glasses of champagne!

Have so far stuck to plan. Fritatta & 2 slice wm bread (heb) with 2 Syns low fat spread for brekkie. I'm now making pasta with roasted veg sauce & 42g reduce fat cathedral city cheese. Using wm pasta as well! Check me out :)

We are going to the sister in laws later on, so don't know what she is making, will just have to make good choices & pray she has been given the Sarah's on a diet speech' by someone!
 
Have also had a tangerine, a punnet of blackberries, and a carrot.

Not sure if we are going to the SIL so may have to venture to the shops & get some comfort food. I fancy sausage, mash & veg.
 
Okay, food plan for today - extra easy

Breakfast : Fritatta made with egg, ham, potato, courgette, shallots, garlic. Served with tomatoes & mushrooms

Lunch: WM pasta with a tomato & roasted veg (red onions, garlic, courgette, aubergine & mushrooms) sauce - 42g cathedral city lighter cheese (hea)

Fibre plus bar (heb)

Dinner: salmon roasted with honey (1 syn) soy, ginger & garlic, stir fry veg & noodles in a soy, ginger, chilli & garlic sauce

I'm also off to get ingredients to batch cook some chilli, chicken jailfrezi, butternut squash soup, keema curry, chicken curry.

I forgot how much I loved the food I can eat won SW. December was such a nightmare month food wise that I feel I'm starting all over again!

Breakfast: bowl of fruit (pineapple, melon, blueberries, raspberries) egg & bacon sandwich (made with ex lean bacon, 2 slices wm bread (heb) & frylighted egg). 1 syn for light sunflower spread.

Lunch: butternut squash soup (butternut squash, potato, onion, garlic

Dinner: Jamaican brown stew chicken (onions, spring onions, peppers, chillis) with rice & peas (made with 400mls kara coconut milk (hea)

New job today. Agghhh - cacking it.

Breakfast: Pineapple, melon, blueberries, raspberries, 35g fruit & fibre (heb) & a mullet light yogurt

Lunch: Mediterranean vegetable soup ( potato, swede, leek, onion, carrot, tomato, peppers, garlic)

Dinner: spaghetti bolognese (ex lean mince, onion, pepper, mushrooms, courgette, tomatoes, passata) with 42g cathedral city light cheese (hea)

Also have a mugshot & an option with me for hungry. & sweet tooth moments,

My new team took me out pizza express for lunch - I had a chicken & bacon salad, no dressing. It had some cheese on it, so I will not have my HEA this evening with dinner. I may also have eaten the dough sticks that came with it, and so no Syns this evening I think!

Dinner: Mediterranean chicken (made with chicken, new potatoes, peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes)

Will have my HEA as Philly light on 2 slices wm bread (6 Syns)
