Lunch - chinese chicken salad (5 syns for mayo)

Snack - rest of fruit cocktail (Chinese tub full)

Dinner - spaghetti bolognase with mushroom/peppers/chopped tomatoes and onion (Is this enough superfree with dinner)

Drinks - water all day

Exercise - 30 min stroll at lunch, 20 min walk with doggies, 20 min walk to car

Hey Kirsty, hope you're well! I haven't been on all week, so busy with work and stuff. Must update my diary now, I'll just be doing yesterday and today cos I can't remember any further back! Can't believe it's almost Monday already :(

Saturday 22nd October - EE

B - 2 x small bread, bacon with no fat and cherry tomatoes with a bananna

Dinner - chinese (Hot and sour soup - 5.5 syns), Chicken and blackbean sauce with fried rice (9 syns)

Drinks - bf's brothers party i had about 10 vodka's diet lemonade - 25 syns

Syns - 39.5 syns

Sunday 23rd October - EE

Brunch - 2 x white bread and butter (15 syns)

Dinner - gammon, vegetables and boiled potatoes

Supper - 2 x small brown bread, 2 poached eggs and a bananna

Syns - 15
Weekly - 61.5/105


Drinks - water all day and glass diet irn bru

Despite saying we were going to have healthy dinner - we ended up in town met my sisters for lunch/dinner but think i did not bad and had saved most my syns this week for weekend just incase to enjoy!!
 
Monday 24th October - Green

B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea triangle,bananna

L - baked potato with beans and cheese (2 x hexa)

Snack - an apple

D - quorn chilli with mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, onions, peppers, tiny bits of carrot, celery and courgette with rice

Supper -2 x small brown bread with 2 chopped eggs in a cup (YUM)

Syns - 0
Weekly - 61.5 syns

Drinks - water all day
Exercise - 2 x 20 min power walks, 25 min walk at lunch, 20 min walk with dogs

Woo hoo looks like you've had a fab day today with no syns! I need to have a bit of a boost this week, I have a feeling I've only lost around 1lb, gonna really try and up the superfree foods this week to boost my losses!

Im determined to lose this week, having a few syns today for my mayo in my salad but apart from that none and 1 hour zumba tonight that i can't wait for.

Had a massive break through last night, my sister sat next to me with a massive bag of crisps offering me some and........i said no and had her sit next to me eating full bag and i didnt even have anything :) so proud of myself!!
 
Tuesday 25th October - EE

B = 2 x small brown bread, chicken, with dairlea triangle

S = apple and 1/2 bananna (rest was bad)

L = chinese chicken salad (5 syns)

Snack = hifi light bar (3 syns)

D = chicken pasta, home made sauce with spices/passata, pepper, onion, mushroom, celery, courgette with pasta and a few syn free chips

S = some slimming world quiche, with peppers, cherry tomatoes and onion

Exercise = 1 hour zumba, 35 min power walk, 25 min walk at lunch

Drinks = water all day

Syns = 8 syns
Weekly = 69.5 syns

Today is a green day - 26/10/2011

Breakfast - 1 x white bread (5 syns), 1/2 quiche with cherry tomatoes, onion and red pepper

S - pear

Lunch - quorn chilli and rice, with carrot, peppers, onion, mushroom, pasatta, green chilli, chilli powder, kidney beans

Dinner - quorn chicken curry with veg and syn free chips

Snack = hifi light bar (1/2 hex b)

Supper - 1 hex a milk and options hot chocolate (2 syns)


Syns - 7 syns
Weekly - 76.5 syns


Exercise - 40 min power walk, 25 min walk at lunch, 30 min walk with dogs

2 slices of full fat cheese slices = 2 Hex a's
2 slices of 400g bread = 1 hex b
2 alpen light bars = 1 hex b

Cheese on toast followed by 2 alpen bars ;)

L - quorn chicken curry left over from last night (Added some chicken breast too), Apple

D - sw beef burgers, chips, salad and coleslaw (1/2 syn)

Drinks - water all day
Exercise - 40 min power walk, 20 min walk wi dogs, 20 min walk at lunch!

Syns = 0.5 syns
Weekly = 0.5/105

Friday 28 October - EE

B - 2 x small brown bread, chicken and dairlea triangle with an apple

L - chicken salad (5 syns for mayo)

D - paella (2 syns for choritzo), with chicken, choritzo, peppers, green beans, onion and peas

Drinks - water and vodka will update how many monday!!!7 = 17.5 syns

Proud as i resisted buffet at party with caramel cake/halloween goodies :)

Syns - 7 so far
Weekly - 25/105


Exercise - 20 min power walk, 20 min walk with dogs, 30 min walk at lunch
