Did you use all your HEXB? I see you only had 1 Ryvita? And what did you have as your HEXA?

I'm new to this and to Slimming World. I'm not sure if I have got my head round the Extra Easy plan. I was just wondering if someone would be kind enough to tell me if I'm on the right track please?

hey hun 28g of shreddies and one ryvita is a hexb

and my hexa is always a glass of milk before bed lol! didnt have chance to put that on there lol!

Been having a really busy and rough time of late.

But hopefully I'm gonna try and stick to slimming world (funds permitting as cant affordd lots of meat!but got my fruit and veg box this evening so hopefully will have enough) I need to get my head sorted!!
