Hey Everyone,

I'm going to post up my previous days food intake. Please don't hesitate to give any tips :)

Breakfast - Gammon, Egg and mushrooms
Lunch - Ham and Couscous Salad
Dinner - Pasta with a tomato based sauce containing various vegetables (i was volunteering for comic relief so unfortunately had to eat whatever i was given, so no red free food i'm afraid, i'm also aware that the sauce may not be calorie friendly so i'm adding a random 3 syns to the day just incase)
Snacks - Half a coronation chicken wrap (7 syns)
2 slices of wholemeal bread (HEB) (from a tuna sandwich i dissasembled because i don't like tuna very much but really wanted to get my HEB in *blush*)
milk in my coffee = HEA

Total Syns - 10

Exercise - Packing 90mins 240cals

Saturday:

Breakfast - Gammon and Couscous Salad
Lunch - Egg, Mushroom and reggae reggae Chicken (4 syns)
Dinner - Chicken Curry, rice and salad

Snacks - 2x alpen bars (HEXB)
couscous with prawns and veg (2 syns)
2 small bites ice cream (2 syns)
HEXA - 350 ml Skimmed milk

Total Syns - 8

Exercise - 80 mins dance central 300 cals

Breakfast - Wholemeal toast (HEXB), hard boiled eggs and a yogurt
Lunch - Chicken, Mushrooms and Couscous
Dinner - Prawns, Couscous, Asparagus, Mushrooms and Onions (1 syn)

Snacks - Grapes
HEXA - 350 ml Skimmed milk
Crisps (7 syns)
half pint cider (6 syns)

Total Syns - 14

Exercise - 30 minutes moving (80 cals)
65 minutes dance central (240 cals)

Hi Kit, how are you finding SW? I love it :D, have been doing red and green days but think I will try EE. I just love having my 2 HEB and HEA a day (which you can have on green and red)
Sounds like you have been doing lots of exercise, I exercise at home. Have been doing aerobics dvds but need to find something different to do!

I'm really enjoying EE and it's sooooooo easy to do on a budget, i lost 5 stone in the past and always find it easy to stick to diets but i've never done anything as easy as this :)
If you have the money for it i highly recommend dance central! it's so much fun you don't realise how much exercise you're doing!
how long have you been on SW?

Breakfast - 2x Weetabix (HEXB) yogurt and banana
Lunch - Couscous, veg and prawns
Dinner - peri peri chicken, veg and couscous (3 syns)

Snacks - Half pint cider (6 syns)
hard boiled egg
HEXA - 350l skimmed milk

Total Syns - 9

Exercise - none :(

Lunch - chicken and pasta salad with pesto sauce (7 syns)
Dinner - Couscous, veg and streaky bacon (4 syns)

Snacks - HEXA - skimmed milk

Total Syns - 13

Exercise - 118 minutes dance central (480cals)

Dinner - pasta, chicken fillet and tomato and basil sauce (8.5 syns)

Snacks - HEXA - skimmed milk
plum, banana and satsuma

Total Syns - 8.5

Exercise - bowling (75cals)
Dance central (130 cals)
