Hey all!
Have been AWOL for awhile.
Recently been having a lot of digestive problems so it was suggested that I go off dairy products AGAIN
I was lactose intolerant growing up and slowly introduced dairy back into my diet, then with a bang throughout my teens and early 20's and now its reeking havoc on my body.
So I'm trying to adjust to a lactose free diet.
Anyone else out there on WW and avoiding dairy products?
Its not as hard as I thought it would be but any tips and tricks would be much appreciated because its like starting from scratch again
