Lamb Leg steaks

Anyone get any recipes suitable for lamb leg staeks,i was thinking of some form of casserole,so i could cut the steaks up and remove all the fat.I dont like mash potatoe,or mushrooms or swede( random i know)

Have you tried grilling the leg steak and serving it with cous cous mixed with roasted med veg, its lush
