Wow wee! Take That were awesome and I'm proud to say, not one ounce of alcohol or burger/chips/hotdog/doughnut passed my lips!!

In fact yesterday was a ver funny eating day really, through out the day I had,....

1 x orange
Sweet chilli noodles from whether spoons (1 syn)
Pack of grapes and apple from boots.
Pineapple from boots,
2 x butterscotch hifi bars (HEXB)
5 x cola frosties (3 syns)
Spearmint chew (2 syns)
Ribena really light.
Water.
Cup of tea.

Syns: 6 syns.
Exercise: 35 mins cardio (329 cals)

After my fun filled weekend (TGis never happened but cocktails did with homemade burgers) the scales are showing a 1.5lb gain so got to work my little butt off to try and get a STS this week!

Currently filling the pool up at home and eating a weetabix with cherries.

Onwards I go.....

Slither Of Cake with 2 bites of crunchie (LITERALLY 1CM THICK) 6 SYNS

Bite of bread: 3 Syns (28g of white bread is 3.5 syns, this was only a bite)
Primula: 3 syns


DINNER

Co-op Wholemeal Pitta (HEXB)
Ham, mushrooms and 1 egg.
Tbsp Cottage Cheese

Oh jeez, so hungry tonight....marshmallow with a dunk of nutella :( Red days are soooo hard to find things to snack on!!!
 
Still showing a gain this morning :-( 2 days to be 100% and hope for a STS. Managed to get out of bed and down the gym for 6.30 this morning. Hoping it will work miracles!

Well done on STS babe!!! I'll be happy with that after my Saturday night & all of Sunday! Currently heading for half a pound gain ATM but we'll see tomorrow morning. Xxx
