Hey every one :)

Well it is now only 9 weeks until my 1 year SW anniversary and it would be so nice to be at target for then.

Had a few up and down weeks playing with the same 7lbs :mad: and when i returned from my lovely cruise on Saturday I set my mind to be at target for my next holiday at the end of August.

Feeling very motivated about and excited!

So.... Yesterdays plan...

Wednesday 25th May 2011 - Day 1 back on plan

GREEN DAY


BREAKFAST
2 x alpen light (HEXB)

SNACK
Ryvita minis (HEXB)

LUNCH
Low fat chicken and herb super noodles.
1 x dairylea light slice (0.5 HEXA)
1 x Rice cake (1 Syn)

SNACK

DINNER
SW chips, egg and tbsp spaghetti hoops.
Tomato sauce (1 Syn)

Hot choc (1.5 Syn....Left about 1/2 of it)

OH made gorgeous choc cake last night and I jut had to have a slice...

At work today and OH just called to say we are going out with his parents tonight!! Messed my day right up!

So yesterday I went to my new group and it was my very first consultant who is amazing!!! So happy I've changed, she was quite mad that I hadn't had the support at my group for the last 3 months. So going to try weekly syns and have 70.

Yesterdays food....

Nothing all day as was sooo busy at work didn't get chance to even leave my desk.

I know how important it is to have support at your group because I was with another slimming group before sw and I was there for 10 weeks and lost nearly 2 stone... The last week I was there I put on 1/2lb which had been the only week I stayed the same or put on any and the leader turned around and said "Oh I see you still have the mindset of a fatty!"

I turned around and walked out and haven't been back since! I wouldn't mind as much if she had said anything positive in the other weeks when I had lost so much but nothing positive was said...

I started sw on Wed and like you my consultant is amazing and so supportive which is great and I am looking foward to weigh in. Good luck to you too x

Let me know how you weigh in goes :) I'm currently fighting the Saturday night devil off my shoulder and it's still lingering with me!! Xx

Had a super morning at work and kept myself occupied... Now I've been invited out tonight and would actually love to go!! But I know my decisions after alcohol aren't great and I end up eating anything in site!!

Ok so I went out last night .....

3 x double vodkas (15 syns)
2 large White wines (20 syns)
Handful of crisps (5 syns)

Approx 40 syns

No syns for me now until WI day....went to order Chinese when we got in because we hadn't eaten and lucky for me they were closed!!!

So back on plan today, never felt so positive about anything before! Loving this new found motivation.

Think it's gym and cinema today!

Oh what a beautiful morning oh what a beautiful day.....

Was feeling so positive this morning I went down the gym for 6am!!!
Had a sneaky scale hop and gone up 1.5lbs since yesterday, think i must have been dehydrated yesterday. Anyhow still looking like a might get a loss!

Had such a lazy day off today and got a busy weekend coming up...

Had promised my C I would stay to group tonight but OH wants us to go out, so think that's out the window.

Got 2 pretty bad days coming up...tomorrow is Take That and then Friday is a night out!

Been to the gym this morning to try and compensate though.
