So treating today as day 1....

LUNCH
Slice of ham
Pot noodle GTI sweet and sour (2 syns)
French fries (4 syns)

Hot choc with splash of milk (3 syns)

I went a bit wayward after forgetting that I'd got lots planned this week :-( but the scales have moved downwards which can only be a good thing!

Trying to figure out a low syn toad in the hole receipe along with a low syn gravy for tonights dinner!!

BREAKFAST
Omelette with ham (1 Syn tom sauce)
1 x wheatabix (1/2 HEXB)
Milk (1/2 HEXA)

LUNCH
Pot noodle in a mug.

DINNER
Toad in the hole (1.5 syns for sausages, 6 syns for Yorkshire)
Potatoes, carrots and peas.
Gravy... Made with red onion, vegetable stock, worcestershire sauce, flour (1 syn pp) mustard powder

Oil (1/2 HEXB +4.5 syns)

Syns: 14
Will update if needed later.

Eeekk!! Had 4 cookies at 2.5 syns each :-(

5 weeks today until holiday and I'm 5lb heavier than my very lowest, need to lose that plus an extra 2-3lb! Aiming for 8lb in 5 weeks and have cut the alcohol out!

Fingers crossed!

Not sure extra easy works for me so having EE today and then back to my red/green days.

Below you find my 6 month off plan line (including a 6lb gain from my very lowest)

I have been off plan due to moving in with my boyfriend, having lots of holidays and celebrations (including a staggering amount of wine and vodka!!)

I vow to be 100% from 10th October 2011 and I WILL include every single thing which passes my lips on here daily!!

I will also be back at group as of Wednesday AND will be staying to group!!

PLEASE HELP KEEP ME ON THE SW TRAIN!!

Totally forgot that last night I'd booked a table at the Chinese... I stuck to low syn options though and the scales have dropped 2.5lbs since monday!!

Of dear o dear..... Have had a couple of bad days since weigh in....

Yesterday was the worst :-( had a fall out with OH and so we had a DVD night which included pizza and crisps and a couple of drinks. Scales have gone up 4lb!! This can not be right! I am now hopping on the success train with an alcohol and crisp free 2 weeks!! Let's go!!!
