Latest TGI Fridays and Bella Italia PPs??

Does anyone have an up-to-date PP list for TGI and Bella Italia? I'm going to one of these next week and starting to stress about it already!

I normally get the buffao bites as a main with a side salad and its 15pp but that is with no dressing on the salad and no blue cheese on the chicken! A portion of fries is 9pp also! Thats all I can remember from memory I worked it all out and then lost the notebook I had it in! Hope this helps a little bit!
