why did you have to make it a EE day hun? could you not make it a green day?? i didnt know beans were not on a red day doh !!

I made it into an EE day as I had elaready eaten my tuna roll and my mum had taken fish out the freezer for dinner so it would have been way to many syns to count as a GREEN day hence the switch

as I already said I messed up having the speedy soup with fish already planned so it was easier to syn the alpen light. I really dont like extra easy and I do miss my extra hexs

Those sausages look great! Did you make them or are they bought?

I am so glad you asked that as I went to check which version they were. I knew they were shop bought and I thought they were Tescos but they are in fact

Sainsburys Vegetarian Glamorgan leek and cheese sausages frozen 6 in a pack and they are only 2.5 syns each and not the Tescos 4.5 syns each

yay hay so I have used less today then I thought which will make the white bread incident not so bad

The mash is homemade with potatoes and carrots from the garden but we have never made sausages.

Have you made homemade veggie ones?
 
which rhubarb crumble youghurts are 0.5 syns? i want to try them ! i notice you like your gherkins (like me). it looks a better week where you only went over the syns once on white bread day. are you finding it okay to be honest about it ?

it is these ones usually on 2 for £2 they are both 0.5 syns each and they are veggie as I dont eat things with gelatine in

As I said on the slow loser thread thank you girls you have been brilliant I was in denial and I was getting it wrong as it has been shown by the fact I lost a whopping 4lbs this week.

2.5 was the previous two weeks addition but it means a 1.5 loss and a total loss of 9.5lbs in 13 weeks so still slow but getting there

I have really been a lot better since all your advice. I am hungry some days and I do miss some foods.

This week I am eating out on Thursday and maybe at the weekend so will try to make better choices

Monday GREEN
I was off work so not a typical day eating

Super free only 3 which is very bad for me

Yay latte - 4lbs off if brilliant chica. You're deffo on the naughty step this week - even if we allow the deduction of the 2.5 from previous weeks.

I'm really glad we all helped. It's nice to see someone pick it all back up again and start to lose.

Yes - I was hungry when I first stuck to SW 100%, BUT it only takes about 2 weeks and it really does go away as you stomach shrinks and your brain catches up.

Keep it up hun and you'll soon start to see some big results!
 
Thank you again I am really focused at the moment I think the fact our holiday is so soon is really motivating me.

As I said I am worried about the lack of exercise and how it might impact on my weight loss. I have gone from going to gym / swim 2/3 times a week to nothing as I am not allowed to exercise until my next assessment end of October while they try and work out what is wrong with my hip. I am already twitchy about not working out.

Tonight I am going to Zizzi with my friend but I have already chosen the super salad

Our superfood salad with goats’ cheese, butternut squash, courgette, lentils, broad beans, mint and mixed leaves drizzled with white balsamic. Served with dough sticks.
