How did it go last night latte? Good or bad?

The thing I have noticed about your food is that you are eating way more free and superfree stuff now, and snacking more healthily. Way to go girl.

So I just hope it did show at WI.

I have replied on the slow losers thread and I lost 1lb which I wasnt that happy with but as I said over there it does kind of match my scales as well when I look at the bigger picture.

Got at least two meals out this week before we go away and last weigh in is next Tuesday
 
Right I am back as I am neither healthy nor happy and I weigh more now then I did in November.

Will update my stats when I get back on a computer.

After yet another gain yesterday I know I ate too many syns in biscuits and chocolates.

Today Green

B Sharon fruit banana grapes

L 2 slices low low cheese hex a 1 egg mushroom tomatoes pepper pickled onions gherkins and cucumber. Followed by a satsuma and fibre plus bar hex b

D 2 small jacket potatoes with beans and coleslaw possibley 6 syns as leftover from weekend cheese hex a

S oaty bar hex b

Total 6 syns
 
I stuck to todays menu. It was hard and it has made me realise how much I have let things slide which was quite shocking (
 
Today has had to be extra easy as I only had salmon in the fridge in work.

B red grapefruit handful of cherries

L smoked salmon mini peppers cherry toms pickled onions cucumber and olives 1 Sharon fruit

S 2 cheese slices

D - Chinese meal out so probably mushroom chow mein or tofu with boiled rice maybe 7 be on safe side

S fibre plus bar
 
Thanks felicity it has opened my eyes just how far off plan I was .

It says chicken or beef black bean sauce is 6 so tofu can't be that far out.

That is why I haven't been having many syns but the coleslaw on Tuesday was Tesco and I forgot to weigh it.

Today another extra easy day

B banana pear mini hi fi bar cherries

L baked potato Philly light tomatoes peppers pickled onions cucumber and normal cucumber. Yoghurt

D cous cous yellow fish mixed roast veg and poached egg on top.

S alpen light bar

No syns today as going out tomorrow and got a bagel planned for breakfast !
 
As I had planned I had a cinammon and raisin bagel for breakfast with chocolate Philly and it was lush.

Assuming 16 syns but I have 30 for today as I had none yesterday.

Lunch will be fruit and a mug shot

D at a house warming but I am driving so no empty syns on drink. Not sure what food there will be.

Update
Lunch included a bag of crisps 10syns

Dinner was 4 crackerbread 2 cheese slices pickled cucumber onions and a tomato.

Didn't eat at the party so when I got in I had 2 slices ww toast with scraping clover light 3 ?

Total will call it 30

Today another Green One

B box fruit fingers - mango pineapple and melon 1 light cheese slice

L 1/2 packet pasta n sauce macaroni cheese (1) pickled onions gherkins cucumber and cherry toms

S fibre plus bar pink grapefruit

D veggie chicken curry (3) brown and white basmati rice with mini naan bread from Asda they are tiny
Edit worked out to be 4 syns each and I had 2 so 8 syns

S hi fi bar

syns 12

Also had a piece of kit Kat chunky which is 4syns so

16 in total

D 2 egg omlette with mushrooms and red onions and salad

S 2 hovis biscuits 4 syns just checked and they are only 37 calories each !

Today is weigh in day.

Flexi syn day after weigh in since it is V Day

B banana melon pieces yoghurt

L 4 ryvita low low slices cherry toms carrots 4 olives 0.5 pickled onions and gherkins clover light 3 more melon

S not sure yet as weigh in

D I know champagne and chocolates but don't know what else !
 
Well yesterday didnt go according to plan at all as one of our beloved cats was put to sleep.
She has been ill for a couple of weeks but the vets couldnt pin point anything and yesterday she went to the pet hospital and they did further tests and she had multiple tumours in her stomach and elsewhere.

We are both heart broken and devestated so yesterday dinner ended up being

1 mini malteaser bunny
1 pancake with eggs and low low cheese
1 pancake with choc philly

I dont know the syns and I dont care

I did lose 1lb at weigh in for what it is worth

S don't know yet

D homemade soup maybe with a pitta bread

S depends on what I eat this afternoon !

L baked potato with Philly

D I went to La Tasca with friends I did not drink and I ate 3 slices of bread and oil some fried potatoes 1/2 slice Spanish omlette slow cooked veg in tomato sauce veggie spoonful of veggie paella and some aubergine with cheese

Result 2lb gain this morning !
