Thank you but I am dreading weigh in as technically I will be below syns but I have dared to eat out.

Just back from the gym according to my heart rate monitor I burned 300 calories. It was a session with my trainer and she is hard.

2 jelly fish when I got in 3 syns

I am just below syns think I had 100 for the week using slimming world online to get my eating out ones.

I lost 1lb which puts me back to what I weighed about 6 weeks ago

Unfortunately it probably won't last as I am seeing the girls this wknd in Belfast going Friday and coming back Sunday .

I know there is a big night out planned for the Friday then maybe two lunches out.

I just need a decent run at my weight with no distractions.

will be trying to stick to under 10 syns a day to make up for the weekend
 
Yippee - a loss! OK it's a bit disappointing that you are only back to where you were but at least you know you can lose if you stick with it.

Just be as good as you can over the weekend. Just try to avoid the really bad things (like sausage at breakfast - just have bacon, egg and tomatoes) and you may be able to manage a STS next week.

Good luck chica. I'm off the air now for 10 days - off to sort at problems at our apartment and then on holiday for a week. Stick with it whilst I'm gone!

I have been away for a few days in Belfast visiting the girls.

Food wise no idea as I ate white bread but didn't have big meals on Friday and Saturday.

Sunday and yesterday we got a takeaway which lasted two days.

I only drunk once on Friday night and had three glasses of rose.

Weigh in tonight so we shall see.

Just reading through your diary as iv been missing class a month now and going back next wed so looking for inspiration!
Keep up the hard work your doing fab!!
Ur losses are like mine, loss one week gain the next its hard but dont give up!!
Im going to try less ee and more red and green so reading through other diaries!

Well as I said on slow losers team I put on 1.5lb not totally surprised but it still feels like a punishment for a nice weekend
 
Today I really don't feel well, I have a throat infection and I am struggling to drink my usual two or more litres as it is just too sore.
