so planning ahead now thinks its best less stressfull lol.

Day 4-Friday
Red day

Breakfast
- bacon and cheese omelette (42g cathedrial city light HEXA)
-tomato sauce (0.5 syns)

Lunch
-Tuna and pasta (35g dry pasta HEXB)
-2tbsp hellmanns extra light mayo (1 syn)
-Muller light yoghurt

Dinner
-homemade syn free bbq meatballs
-brocolli & cauliflower.

Snack
-Ferrero rocher truffles (5x scan bran- HEXB & 2tbsp nutella- 8 syns)

Syns for today- 9.5

I seem to be finding it hard thinking up recipes for a red day, green is rather easy IMO

Ok so here go's i've just got back from Morrisons..should've ate before i went as i was marved! Ended up buying a yummy cooked chicken breast...and yes i was a good girl i never ate the skin!
So here go's my menu...

yum had a wicked night yesterday!
Had a burger and curly fries and an icecream sundae...
could've been worse so not gonna beat my self up about it...
so lunch yesterday i had...
a chicken and bacon salad roll sooo not too bad...
now onwards and upwards todays plan...

Friday 12th December

No reason why you can't just have one diary hun - I put my food diary in my "ramble" diary too x
 
im back to work tomorrow night had a lovely couple of days off really not looking forward to it!
at least i can have my food before i go.
am attempting a scan bran cake in a lil while...wish me luck!

i tried the chocolate scan bran cake and it was really nice!
i really wasnt sure about it, didnt sound that nice but i think i actually enjoyed it more than i do the cous cous cake.
Even dad had a slice and liked it...yum now onto planning tomorrow

Morning Hun,
all your food sounds really really lovely it does so much,have a nice few days hun,have a lovely weekend
I am doing well still on sw and not feeling hungry at all :)
 
soooo when i was doing ww i used to make lovely 0 point soups... a lovely vegetable one with onions, leeks, sweed, turnip and carrot...it was so yummy i loved it...
now is there any reason why i cant have this on SW i dont think it has any syns... i used veg stock to make it but the ammount of bowls a pot full makes i doubt it would count as any syns!
im thinking of making some for lunch today thats all...
