yuck i made a lovely tuna salad to take to work last night, thought it'd be yum but was i wrong! I only ate 2 fork fulls that mayo extra light is rank nothing had any flavour i cant eat salad without and dressing! i wont be using that hellmans extra light any time soon lol...so i ended up having a alpen light bar for dinner last night! i wasnt really hungry anyway which was a bonus!
 
this planning lark seems to be slipping...im not sure what im having today will be back later as im planning on going Morrisons to get sum of them sausages .... we'll see!

Ok so here go's i've just got back from Morrisons..should've ate before i went as i was marved! Ended up buying a yummy cooked chicken breast...and yes i was a good girl i never ate the skin!
So here go's my menu...

Day 13- Sunday
Red Day

Breakfast
-Peach & Apricot cereal bar (HEXB)

Lunch
-Hot piece of chicken breast from Morrisons minus the skin!

Dinner
-Eat Smart sausages x 5 (yes im a pig lol )
-bacon cheese & mushroom omelette
-42g low fat cheese (HEXA)
-tomato sauce (0.5 syns)

Snacks
-eat smart pickled onion rings (1 1/2 syns)

i was naughty after wi yesterday i had a kebab some crisps and a big snickers bar but im back on track today no problem...
but i cant stomach breakfast!
 
Tuesday 9th December
Green Day

-couldnt stomach anything!

Lunch
-beef rice

Dinner
- (42g light cheese HEXA)
-heinz meanz beanz bbq flavour
-mincemeat cous cous cake (2 syns)
-home made syn free potato wedges

-ryvita minis (HEXB)

-(at a friends who is also doing SW so shall wait and see what she dishes up)

-Out with the girls im gonna try and be good...im driving so thats a start...no alcohol for me!
 
yum had a wicked night yesterday!
Had a burger and curly fries and an icecream sundae...
could've been worse so not gonna beat my self up about it...
so lunch yesterday i had...
a chicken and bacon salad roll sooo not too bad...
now onwards and upwards todays plan...

Friday 12th December
Red Day

Breakfast
-nothing as im still full up from last night!

Lunch
- 3x syn free sausages, tom sauce (0.5 syns)
- eat smart bacon waffles (2 syns)

Dinner
-BBQ meatballs

Snacks
-ferrero rocher style truffles ( 4 syns for choc spread)

Hi hun, your diary is lovely and positive and you are having some really yum meals. I have just bought this months SW magazine and there are some really good meat recipes in their that you might fancy a try for a red day if you are still feeling that those days are a struggle for ideas.

Also try not to get into a pattern of having no breakfast. You are doing really well x
