Thought I would start a WI diary!
I started weight watchers on the 26th October, heres all my previous WI's.

Start - 14st 10lb
Week 1 - 14st 4lb (6lb loss)
Week 2 - 14st 1.5lb (2.5lb loss)
Week 3 - 14st (1.5lb loss)
Week 4 - 13st 12lb (2lb loss)
Week 5 - 13st 11.5lb (0.5lb loss)
Week 6 - 13st 10.5lb (1lb loss)
Week 7 - 13st 10lb (0.5lb loss)
Week 8 - 13st 6.4lb (3.6lb loss) Started weighing at home.
Week 9 - 13st 11.6lb (5lb gain) Xmas
Week 10 - 13st 7.2lb (4.4lb loss)
Week 11 - 13st 1.6lb (5.6lb loss)
Week 12 - 13st 1.8lb (0.2lb gain)
Week 13 - 13st 2lb (0.2lb gain)
Week 14 - 13st 0.4lb (1.6lb loss)

I weigh in every friday, so stay tuned to see what the scales say tomorrow!

Week 17 - 12st 10.8lb

I have NO IDEA how ive done it, I was -87 weekly pp's in the end, maybe the 28 activity points did help a lot more than I thought they would?
But I lost 1.6lb this week :) Happy days!

Week 19 - 12st 5.6lb

Lost a whopping 4.4lb this week!
Unfortunatly this is probably helped with being really ill, sickness bug! Bleh!

Week 20 - 12st 5.2lb

Only lost 0.4lb this week, but thats to be expected after last week. So annoying! 0.2lb til I hit 33lb loss, which is exactly half way!

Yep, very true! I measure myself just after I weigh every Friday and I've lost quite a few inches! :)
