Lele's first ever food diary - Slimming World

I seem to go through phases of drinking shed loads, then not drinking much.
Trying to at least have a lil NAS squash in if I can't drink just water.
 
friday 24th june 2011 - EE

sliced chicken

sw spag bol & cheddar HEA
pineapple & kiwi

milky bar 3.5 syns?
tons of water / squash drinks

scrambled eggs & baked beans

lunch
chicken salad with cherry tomatoes cucumber lettuce beetroot pickled onions gherkins sliced chicken light dressing & cheddar HEA
strawberries & grapes

dinner
cheese & ham pasta & sauce 3syns???
2 slices of wm nimble toasted & plain HEB

Went out for the night. Had a good few drinks. flexi-synned :/

So.....
I've lost another 1lb this week after convincing myself I'd gain or STS. I'm getting really good at that!
Very happy indeedy! 1 more lb and I'll be FINALLY out of the 15st bracket and into the 14!
Another WOOOOO moment for me was last night I got my 1st positive for ovulation in about 3 yrs!! :O
It's got to be down to the weight loss right?

That's such good news for you, and definitely a result of the weight loss and the healthy new you!

I'm doing pretty well atm, got my WI tonight and hoping for a couple of pounds after my STS last week :)

ate out at TGI Fridays :/. had a salad but doubt it was low syns with the dressing & garlic bread we had with it!

Didnt eat anything the rest of the day as I was sooo full & bloated after dinner!
but drank heaps of water & done 45mins on exercise bike!

tons of water was had today!
1 1/2 power walk with the dogs & a good 2hrs running about with the kids in the sunny park today :D
 
Wow Lele, your diaries for the last few days look great! Hope it pays off for you at WI.

I've had four days completely off plan, but getting back on tomorrow, and will take a gain on the chin.

Dreading it! The TGI Fridays will prob be a killer, and I also *ahem* forgot to mention the almost never ending amount of alcohol I consumed on saturday night :/
ah well. a gain is a gain and I can only learn from it!
maybe starting the 30 day shred 2moro or wednesday, have you done it? have heard its quite hard, but fab for toning and losing inches.
