tea with sweetener & ss milk from HEA1

pint of water & ice

carrots
red onion
chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 oxo cubes
garden peas
green beans
mashed potatoes
(also used left overs to make the instant mash pasties that I found here :D)
sliced fresh pineapple

snacks:
mixed crackers - calculated at 6 syns per 28g
muller light orange & choc
fresh pineapple slices
bag of walkers baked 6 syns

Thursday 7th July 2011 - Green

chopped pineapple & strawberries

light dressing (free?)
2 chicken drumsticks with skin removed

I was away on hols, only back today, and had next to no internet access. Was just what both the OH and myself needed!
Surprisingly after almost a week off plan (or not strictly *on* plan), I only gained 1lb!
2moro I begin the 30 day shred, wish me luck ;)
 
hi craftylucyloo! i found a recipe for it on here if you search for it you should find something, but I changed the filling.
Basically make your filling, then make the *pastry* out of instant mash! they were delish!

Glad you're ok - hope you had a fab hols, and well done on only gaining 1lb. I did the same last week but lost 3 this week :)

Good luck with the shred. You're braver than me!
 
I'd a super chilled relaxing time away - just what I needed!! Was lovely. Part of me wishes I couldve stayed longer.
I've read through about it here and seen before and after pics and was amazed at the results. Big believer of no pain no gain so I'm prepared hehe.

skipped shred today as had plans and was out all day. day 3 continues 2moro! :D

So glad I'd read your diary today - I stopped at tesco on the way home and so nearly bought a muller rice. Not worth that amount of syns though!

I'm really getting bad at logging my diary! Trying to find time 2 get online is the thing!
STS again!! Was hoping for a lb off!!
Losing the swing of things I think :( need a kick in the arse!
Will miss next weeks WI so will maybe do it on Tues instead.

Oh no! I STS yesterday too :-(

Bit gutted to be honest, and had a complete binge last night, but I'm back on it today. Going to try and increase the exercise and water and see if that helps. I even tried red days!

Good luck - we can do this!
 
Same here, I'm on day 4 2moro of 30 day shred after missing a few days and drinking a lot more.
Fingers crossed for both of us ;)
