Aww,think how far you have come,think back aswell to what made you want to lose the weight and how good you feel for having lost weight,be it a smaller dress size or just feeling more healthy.

Thanks ladies

It was just a rough day.
i had some popcorn and got it out of my system. Onwards and upwards!


It was my first day of uni today, and my OH treated me to some japanese food!
I had teriyaki soba (buckwheat noodles) with 1/2 a chicken breast
they were so accommodating to my diet. It was great!
75g noodles (only ate about half, noodles are FILLING)
The meal came to 11PP which was awesome!
Still so full!

I need to get back to doing up my diary on here, great motivation.
havent been to the gym in a few days, also going to get back to that on Monday. Busy work week ahead of me, but no time like the present!

Food looks good. I've been very good today!! 2 litres of water. Loved to have gone out for a brisk walk but hubby at work so I can't. X
