Day1: Green But brekkie: 2 weetabix (1 x HexB) Milk (HexA) 1 tsp light sugar (1 syn) Lunch: Jacket Potato (Free) Beans (Free) Cheese (HexA) (think they may have put more than one oz of grated on so i will add about 4 syns to balance it out). Snack: 1 banana (Free) 1HiFi Lemon Bar (yummy!!!) (1 x HexB) Dinner: 1 Activia (free) 1 mini cous cous muffin (1 syn) I was not really hungry tonight. So far so good....i think.
