But brekkie:

Milk (HexA)
1 tsp light sugar (1 syn)

Lunch:
Jacket Potato (Free)
Beans (Free)
Cheese (HexA) (think they may have put more than one oz of grated on so i will add about 4 syns to balance it out).

Snack:
1 banana (Free)
1HiFi Lemon Bar (yummy!!!) (1 x HexB)

Dinner:
1 Activia (free)
1 mini cous cous muffin (1 syn)

I was not really hungry tonight.

So far so good....i think.

Advice and comments gratefully received. ;)

Day 2 and i think EE is the way to go today - but we shall see as the day goes on.....opps changed to green

Was up very early and off to work so brekkie and any eating has been very much on the run today. Notwithstanding planning, i had to work through lunch so its 5pm and i have eaten very little today. So far i have had:

2 mullerlight yoghurts (Free)
2 bananas (Free)
Grapes (Free)

I bag of Ryvita Minis (HEb)
1 Alpen Light Bar (3 syns)

1 Super Noodles (Low Fat) (Free)
6 Finn Thin Crisps (HEb)
6 extra light laughing cow cheese triangles
cucumber and spring onion.
1 HiFi Bar (6 syns)

This has been it. Ok'ish i think.

You coudl add some veggies to your noodles at lunch, I do this to add flavour & to get my third superfree included :)

Thats a great idea and i shall do next time once i have got my ar*e in gear and bought some.:rolleyes:

Super noodles - chinese chow mein (3.5 syns)

Not happy - i had planned to have chicken dhansak takeaway (6.5 syns) with boiled rice (Free) for dinner tonight - BUT the takeaway is closed for refurbishment!!!:cry:

So, plan B - not exciting but at least it is fairly filling:

Not sure if i am actually hungry now.

We'll see. I need some more fruit and the odd syn.

I am having another cooked brekkie cos that really filled me up.I am also having my hair done (get rid of my salt n pepper roots :rolleyes:) at lunchtime so i know i will not be gettng a proper lunch then.

I am having family round for a roast dinner today so i am going to have an EE day:

Roast Chicken (without Skin) (Free)
Steamed Veggies (Free)
1/2 Yorkshire Pudding (4 syns)
No gravy - ran out feeding the others! :rolleyes:

Had to resort to Flexi syns:
Apple Crumble (14 syns)
Custard (9 syns) = total syns for the day - 27 :eek:

But i have not had my HEb today so it could be worse.

At the end of week 2 i lost 1.5 lbs which i was happy with.

I have not been able to get on the comp to do my diary for a couple of days but i will do todays and try to get back on track.

Week 3 day 1:

Dinner:
Singapore Rice Noodles Vermicelli - its the noodle version of fried rice i suppose. Fried rice is 4 syns per 300g on green or EE. So i will guess 6 syns for this and about 4 for the bits that make it into a "special dish" like teeny shrimps (about 4 of them), and spoonful of pork bits. So 10 syns altogether.
