EASY EXTRA

Breakfast - HEa - Skimmed Milk & HEb - 2 weetabix

Lunch - 4 syn free sausages, 2 Nimble Wholemeal bread (5syns), Vanilla and Choc Mullerlight

Tea - Lean Mince Chilli and Rice with pasta tortilla

Snacks - Banana, grapes, cheery layered yogurt (syns 2.5)

Arent you hungry??? Theres loads more that you can eat Hun!!! Fill up on different fruit and veg...try things that you never have before!!!

nope, not hungry! I have massive portions, so when the recipes reads serves 4, I have 2 portions. Oh and I also have my veg with the meals or a salad garnish

On Thursday I had....

2 Alpen Light Bars - HEb
3 babybel lights - HEa
Cranberry Hi Fi Bar- - HEb
skimmed milk in tea - HEa

Chicken salad for dinner

Mixed meat Kebab from pizza shop
2 finger kit kat
