    So first day, had a good look through the magazine and have checked syn values/info on this very helpful site. Extraw Easy

    Breakfast : 2 x scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and 4 x large strawberries
    Mid Morning : 1 shape yogurt, melon, mango and pineapple fingers.
    Lunch : mixed salad leaves, red cabbage, onion, cottage cheese and Bernard Matthews tikka turkey chunks alongside a cup of chicken bovril.

    Thats is so far and Syn Free I think????

    Dont know whats for tea yet as the hubby cooks Tea on a Monday but hopefully it will be not to bad and I've still got H/E's and Syns to go.
